Assignment Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced architect to lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 for our client. The assignment is located in Ås, Norway, with some flexibility depending on the tasks.

Project Overview:

Our client plans to implement Microsoft 365 within their organization and requires an architect to oversee this process. The goal is to ensure a smooth transition to the Microsoft 365 platform, including services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and associated security features.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess the current IT infrastructure and needs.
• Develop a comprehensive architecture and technical plan for the Microsoft 365 implementation.
• Ensure a secure and efficient migration of data and user accounts to Microsoft 365.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with existing systems and applications.
• Guide the IT team throughout the implementation phase.
• Provide training and documentation for internal users and IT personnel.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing Microsoft 365 in similarly sized organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, including security and compliance features.
• Experience in data migration from existing systems to cloud-based solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide and support an internal IT team.
• Familiarity with related technologies such as Azure AD and network infrastructure.
• Experience in making architectural assessments and strategic recommendations.
