Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a Team Project Manager to strengthen their teams within Exterior Lighting Functions. The goal is to deliver best-in-class customer functions for their upcoming vehicles in the area of Exterior Lighting.

The Exterior Lighting Functions, Adaptive Front Light & Signal Light team within Vehicle Tophat Exterior Systems is responsible for developing and designing the Exterior Lighting functions, systems, and software to provide the best customer user experience in future vehicles. Together with the team, you will develop and design the systems that provide the desired functionality they strive to offer their customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teams to ensure value flow and optimize collaboration and output efficiency.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, demos, retrospectives, and refinement.
  • Support the team in risk mitigation and resolving impediments.
  • Focus on coaching in team collaboration, development, and helping the team unleash its full skill set.
  • Collaborate with other TPMs/Scrum Masters and RTEs in their ART.
  • Be part of the trio Team Manager-Product Owner-Scrum Master to nurture empowered teams.

Qualifications:

  • You are a technically oriented person with documented experience in the relevant area.
  • You have an academic background as a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar.
  • You have experience from industry software development projects.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or as a leader in agile development.
  • You have deep knowledge of agile methods.
  • You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

Meritorious:

  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Previous experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • True technical depth from software development is required to be selectable for this role.

Desired and Meritorious Skills:

  • Experience with C++ programming.
  • Experience with Simulation and Model-Based Design using MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Experience with Rhapsody.
  • Experience with System Weaver.
  • Experience with Elektra.
  • Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Flexray, Ethernet).
  • Knowledge of automotive standards Functional Safety ISO26262.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security ISO21434.
  • A driving license “B” is appreciated.
