Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Software Developer. As a Software Developer within the High Integrity (HI) team, you will be responsible for developing platform functionalities, including managing requirements, design, implementation, configuration, and verification. To succeed in this role, you will need to work cross-functionally with your team and other teams across our client’s organization.

About the Team:

Agile Release Train High Integrity Nodes (ARTHIN) is a crucial part of the Core System Platform, providing a safety-critical platform for deploying functions. The platform is based on Autosar Classic and utilizes Infineon Aurix TriCore processors. The High Integrity (HI) teams are collectively responsible for creating and deploying a platform for high-ASIL components (up to ASIL-D) and safety-critical processes. HI is divided into two primary focus areas: platform development and integration. The teams are responsible for architecture, safety, cybersecurity, DevOps, development, configuration, and application integration. The platform software is designed with the goal of being reusable across three system-on-chips (SoCs) within the Core System: HI-A, HI-B, and HI-C, as well as across multiple generations of the Core System.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Passion for developing great software
• Curiosity and willingness to explore
• Strong understanding of embedded software development
• Solid knowledge of Autosar Basic Software configuration and tools
• Experience in application development on an Autosar platform
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Excellent Python/C programming skills
• Strong understanding of verification processes on embedded platforms
• Experience in fault tracing and debugging

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong networking and communication skills
• Results-oriented with high engagement and enthusiasm
• Experience working in an agile or lean environment
• Scripting knowledge, e.g., Python, Bash, Make
• Proficiency with Lauterbach/Trace32
• Experience with Davinci Configurator/Developer
• A ”think-outside-of-the-box” attitude that is valued by your co-workers
