Assignment Description
Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a DevOps Engineer for their Platform Observability Team. The client is making bold digital visions come true and aims to lead the automotive world by creating a digital ecosystem built around simplifying their customers’ lives. They are looking for curious, creative people who want to change the world through innovative thinking.
Main Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in supporting the observability stack used by application teams.
- Work according to agile and scrum principles.
- Collaborate closely with application teams to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Promote modern DevOps practices and support shared DevOps toolchains at an enterprise scale.
- Engage in both development and operational work, including on-call duties once every 5th week.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Experience in integrating and supporting cloud-native observability tools like ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, InfluxData, and Azure Monitor.
- Strong scripting and automation skills, with experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, and Python.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Expertise in monitoring and alerting systems using ElasticStack, InfluxData, and Grafana.
- Familiarity with working in a product-oriented organization focused on Team Objectives and OKRs.

Additional Information:
- This assignment is on-site, requiring at least 3 days per week in our client’s office in Gothenburg.
