Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Power Electronics Diagnostics Developer.

Together, they develop and verify diagnostic software for the inverter, the electric machine, and power conversion systems. Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing requirements for diagnostic functions.
  • Developing new diagnostic functions.
  • Calibrating diagnostic monitors.
  • Analyzing measurements and participating in problem-solving activities.
  • Engaging in various other tasks related to diagnostics development.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in function development, calibration, or verification of diagnostic systems.
  • Experience handling diagnostic requirements and knowledge of OBD legislation.
  • Experience working with suppliers.
  • A Swedish/European driving license to understand the products.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with tools such as Car Weaver and Carcom.
  • Experience in power electronics development.
  • Experience in automated integration testing and testing/debugging of embedded software systems.
  • Skills in Simulink and Matlab.
