Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking an Electronics Engineer to join their team. The role involves contributing to the Electronics Engineering for Core System Components, with responsibilities spanning across all existing and planned vehicle lines. The work includes electric, electronic, and mechatronic designs, as well as firmware development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collect, break down, and implement component requirements and technical documentation in collaboration with selected suppliers.
• Ensure that Analysis and Verification requirements are created, monitored, and implemented together with your team.
• Develop detailed solutions at the PCB level, including the selection of electronics for strategic components.
• Contribute to the system design of the Core System, requiring close collaboration with the software development team to optimize solutions.
• Integrate Functional Safety and Cyber Security into the development process.
• Engage in design work that varies in complexity depending on the platform, product, and project timeline, ranging from concept and architecture to quality and maintenance.
• Manage and perform design reviews, handle change management, and support purchasing in supplier evaluation and selection for included parts.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
• Experience in cross-functional work within the automotive industry, particularly in product development within fast-paced environments, is meritorious.
• Experience in Electronics Development or Digital Systems Design Engineering is also meritorious.
• Strong knowledge of the integration of electronics, functions, and architecture.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
