Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Teamcenter Business Analyst to join their team.
The Business Analyst we are looking for will be key in proactively creating effective, scalable, and reliable solutions within the Teamcenter PLM area at our client, Digital Core. As a member of the PLM Core Solutions team, you will contribute to designing and providing Teamcenter services at our client, ensuring a continuous flow of PLM capabilities to end users.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and test solutions to enhance PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems in Teamcenter, primarily focusing on the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) management area for future vehicle programs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to understand customer needs and collaborate using agile methodologies to deliver value to the organization.
- Provide expert-level support to cross-value flow solution enhancements and developments within teams.
- Collaborate with suppliers, architects, engineers, developers, and internal stakeholders to offer expert guidance on innovative solutions and standardization efforts.
- Educate users and departments on new or updated functionality.
- Contribute to team knowledge growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge in the PLM area.
- Several years of experience with Teamcenter capabilities and configuration.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills: the ability to convey ideas in written form and to communicate them verbally in a clear, concise manner to both technical specialists and non-technical audiences. You will also demo new functions to users and departments to gather feedback for further improvements. This means that you need to be both a good presenter and an attentive listener.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and align with the organization’s objectives while conveying these needs within the team.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in the automotive or electronics industry is advantageous.
