Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a SW Integrator – Battery Control & ECU Platform.

Our client is dedicated to electrifying their brand through a broad effort focused on Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and Plug-In Hybrids (PHEVs). At the Battery Control & ECU Platform engineering department, they are responsible for the design and delivery of software for traction battery systems in electrified vehicles.

You will be part of the Traction Battery SW Release and Program Execution team, whose main goal is to develop, maintain, and release software for traction batteries. This software is used in both BEVs and plug-in hybrids. The software is developed in collaboration with a supplier and also in-house within the department. You must be committed to developing world-class products with high precision in this interesting and exciting area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with the integration of software components.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers to clarify questions regarding specifications, work processes, system design, and quality assurance activities.
• Handle requirement analysis and issue management.
• Maintain strong communication skills, which are essential for this role.

Required Qualifications:

• A B.Sc. degree in physics, electrical engineering, applied mathematics, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience, most likely in embedded software development, with good knowledge of software engineering and AUTOSAR BSW.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools.
• Understanding of software development workflow and processes.
