We are looking for a Project leader in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) . With an exciting roadmap ahead, including new functionality and site rollouts, we are actively establishing the MES Project and Program organization.

To secure the delivery of the project, we are looking for a senior Project Manager that wants to take on a large responsibility for the technical and process needs to ensure that the project is maintainable after the go live this autumn. The project is a hybrid between agile framework and waterfall method, however when the project is finished the delivery will be handed over to our governance model which is agile.

You will be working with Business and IT-specialist and engineers globally therefore you must be able to communicate in English, with different time zones and cultures as well as detailed technical questions.

• Ensuring that the project adheres to timelines, budget, and specified requirements.
• Structuring and coordinating all activities related to the migration to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• Gathering and analyzing relevant information to understand the scope and needs of the project.
• Handling any problems and challenges that arise during the project.
• Reporting to senior management and other stakeholders on the progress and outcomes of the project

Requirements:

• Certified Project Manager
• Previous experience leading similar integration/migration projects, at least 3 other large IT-projects over 5 MSEK.
• Previous experience in agile framework such as scrum, Lean or Safe
• Understand complex dependencies technical and organizational.
• Excellent communication skills including reporting and presentation skills.
• Be able to hold deadlines and work proactively with risk management
