Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a skilled BSW Developer to join their team.

As part of the BSW and Integration team, you will be responsible for delivering software packages related to Battery and Inverter Control systems for test vehicles and car projects.

Main Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be on establishing a Base Software (BSW) for specific targets aligned with the Autosar standard. Your role will involve:

• Developing and configuring BSW for:
  • System management
  • Memory management
  • Communication modules
• Performing requirement analysis, integrating BSW and Software Components (SWC)
• Managing issues, conducting investigations, and preparing technical documentation
• Collaborating closely with system designers, software architects, and developers to:
  • Address questions on specifications and workflows
  • Ensure system design integrity and meet quality assurance standards

• Set up Base SW for target-specific systems under the AUTOSAR standard.
• Conduct BSW development and configuration for system, memory, and communication management modules.
• Analyze requirements and integrate BSW with SWC.
• Handle issue management, including investigations and documenting technical aspects.

Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming, specifically in C/embedded C.
• A solid foundation in Software Engineering principles.

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with AUTOSAR BSW.
• Previous experience in Embedded Software Development.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with ISO26262 standards.
