Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Project Leader for their HIL Solutions Team. This team is responsible for HIL (Hardware in the Loop) development and is made up of experts in HIL solutions, enabling cutting-edge development methods. Their main responsibility is to ensure that internal customers are equipped with the right tools for their development needs.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Project Leader in this role, your primary tasks will include:

• Leading HIL projects in collaboration with HIL engineers.
• Taking responsibility for project cost, timeline, and risk management.
• Proposing solutions and supporting the definition of future needs in the growing HIL field.
• Being part of the Test Rig Hotel (TRH), working closely with experienced engineering customers.
• Building and maintaining a wide personal network within R&D.
• Shaping project deliveries while also developing your skills alongside your colleagues.
• Accessing long-term development opportunities in a dynamic and expanding field, with a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of electrical engineering, electric mechanics, or similar disciplines.
• Good IT knowledge.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Meritorious Qualifications:

• HIL (both hardware and software),
• HIL build processes,
• Work experience in the automotive industry.
