Assignment Description 

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Software Test Engineer.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work on the development and testing of onboard diagnostic systems and vehicle data collection.
• Design, implement, and execute test cases to validate the functionality and performance of software components.
• Collaborate with software developers, system architects, and other testers to ensure the reliability and robustness of the system.
• Contribute to the system-level integration and end-to-end validation of the software.

Qualifications:

• Experience in test case design, test script development, and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with system-level integration and end-to-end validation.
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Python, Robot Framework, and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing processes.
• Valid European driver’s license B.
• Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (preferred).

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in C++ (big plus).
• Knowledge of automotive operating systems like AUTOSAR, QNX, or Linux.
• Familiarity with diagnostic protocols (e.g., UDS, OBD-II) and data logging tools.
• Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) or Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing environments.
