Core System Components (ARTCSC) Department

Within the Software & Electronics Platforms, our client is developing Zone Controllers for their new platform. This platform is designed to be the base software for multi-function units, including:

• Body controllers
• I/O controllers
• Electrical power distribution units
• Gateways
• Electrical power supply

Key responsibilities of the department:

• Work from early concept development to industrialization.
• Follow up with the field for ongoing support.
• Configure and develop the AUTOSAR-based software stack (BSW).
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and external teams.
• Participate in the complete chain of implementation, verification, and delivery of the ECU for manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Developer for ARTCSC nodes, you will:

• Contribute to the creation of the next generation of Zone Controllers/Body Controllers.
• Maintain current ECUs in production.
• Plan test activities and equipment needs.
• Define software architecture and implementation strategies.
• Configure the BSW and deliver applications for cars on the road.
• Support teams in defining, exploring, and implementing enablers.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and foster a quality-first culture using modern tools and technologies.
• Lead the development of software stack configuration and ensure its integration with other ECU components.
• Contribute to the development of automated workflows, integrating continuous testing and development.
• Collaborate with various expert competences both within and outside the organization, benefiting your long-term development.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of technologies related to HW, SW, CI, and system safety.
• Expertise in AUTOSAR, the primary operating system used.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Openness to learning and using new tools and solutions.

Additional Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Embedded software development.
• Knowledge of Configuration management software and Software release.
• Skills in Python.
• Experience with CAN and Automotive Ethernet communications.
• Familiarity with HIL systems and real-time simulation.
• Experience in Continuous Integration, Verification, and Development.
• Strong background in Platform development.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term roadmaps and technical evolution plans.
