Our client is currently seeking a Project Delivery & Demand Lead IT. Key Responsibilities:

As the Project Delivery & Demand Lead IT, you will:

  • Ensure stable, secure, and efficient project and demand deliveries.
  • Oversee all deliveries to ensure they meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Serve as the primary interface for stakeholders.
  • Build, maintain, and develop effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Enhance the project and demand delivery process within IT Infrastructure and Security.
  • Align project outcomes with internal customer needs.
  • Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders and internal customers.
  • Report on deviations in deliveries, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Manage demand communications and conflict resolution at a senior level.
  • Support the consistent use of project delivery methodologies.
  • Ensure uniform use of demand processes and tools across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Foster team spirit and ensure optimal use of the team’s diverse skill sets.

About Global Infrastructure and Security (GIS)

The GIS division supports and governs the IT ecosystem at our client’s organization by:

  • Setting the framework for infrastructure and platforms.
  • Overseeing Cyber Security initiatives.
  • Managing Supplier and Service Integration & Management (SIAM).
  • Ensuring secure, stable, and efficient operations across different entities within the broader IT infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

  • To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Demand Manager, Business Liaison Officer, or an equivalent role.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders at all levels within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks through effective communication.
  • Certifications such as MI, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent from accredited organizations (beneficial).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
