Assignment Description

Our client is currently seeking two Project Support roles in Data & Insights. The project aims to further develop the current Analytics and Insights platform for the client. The goal is to improve how data is collected, processed, and utilized in line with the established vision for data and insights. The platform should function as a central tool for the organization, promoting a democratic approach to data and supporting data-driven decision-making through user-friendly and innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement a sustainable operating model for data and insights work.
• Evaluate and improve existing solutions for self-service analytics, identifying necessary changes to optimize efficiency.
• Map and analyze the current data architecture and sources to identify needs and requirements for a new architecture that aligns with business needs and the target vision.
• Design and develop processes for how the client should work with machine learning and AI to enable advanced analytics.
• Develop guidelines and processes to ensure data is shared as a product, with partners and third parties having access in a preferred and secure manner.

Deliverables:

• Operating Model for Data and Insights: A well-defined and implemented operating model that organizes the client’s data and insights efforts, closely integrated with business needs, ensuring effective use of data, ownership, and support for business goals.
• Optimized Self-Service Analytics: An improved solution for self-service analytics that enables business units to independently retrieve, analyze, and create new data products efficiently.
• Modern and Value-Adding Data Architecture: An updated, scalable, and robust data architecture designed to meet both current and future business needs.
• AI/ML Capabilities: A clear plan for integrating machine learning and AI, providing advanced analytical capabilities and opportunities for forward-looking data utilization.
• Professionalized Data Sharing: Standardized guidelines and processes ensuring secure, efficient, and goal-driven data sharing with partners and third parties.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Databricks or similar technology.
• Strong business understanding and project management skills.
• Ability to act as a bridge between technologists and business teams.
• Capable of delivering complex solutions and presenting them simply.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience in data and analytics projects.
• Knowledge of AI/ML on a conceptual, preferably technical, level.
• Experience with process mapping.
• Experience with agile methodology.
