Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst – Car Service Business to step in and cover for a parental leave. In this role, you will play a key part in driving, challenging, and monitoring efficiency to help grow the aftermarket business. This is a high-impact position, offering the opportunity to provide the business with a critical view of its performance and to advise aftermarket leadership globally. Main Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Identify profitability potentials across various business areas, business models, and stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and Retailer organizations).
  • Lead or support the digital transformation within the company, working closely with commercial aftermarket teams and digital/IT colleagues.
  • Assist business and product owners, as well as regions, in target setting, revenue, and profit analysis.
  • Provide stakeholders with business cases and data-driven analytics.
  • Contribute to yearly business plans with in-depth analysis of strategic revenue drivers.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience with data analytics in a commercial environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and big data visualization tools like Power BI (or similar).
  • Experience with IT and an understanding of database structures and warehousing (beneficial but not required).
  •  Proficiency in verbal and written English (additional languages are a plus).
  • A BSc degree is required; an MBA or MSc is considered beneficial.
