Assignment Description:

Join our clients team as a Solution Architect for Procurement, collaborating closely with our current Solution Architects. Together, we aim to cultivate a diverse set of competencies spanning both technology and business domains. Their scope encompasses data collection from all sites worldwide, data curation, and integration of business process data across various bank functions. You’ll be onsite at the Stockholm office three days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage our source-to-pay project from an architectural perspective, encompassing process refinement, control enhancement, and technology integration, within various facets of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Implementing strategic procurement solutions tailored to meet the requirements of using best practices and guidance from our partners.
• Executing process enhancement within procurement to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Streamline systems and procedures to optimize procurement operations on a global scale.
• Bring procurement market dynamics and providing informed guidance to the project team.
• Provide guidance and patterns to make sure that the development team build solutions that are scalable, flexible, secure and corresponding of long term strategy.

Practical requirements:

• Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms preferably Coupa, however additional expertise with tools like Ivalua, Icertis, Zycus, SAP Ariba and SAP S4 as an implementer/administrator would be advantageous.
• Hands-on involvement in at least 1-2 end-to-end implementations, including Blueprint Workshops, with the ability to map business processes effectively.
• Experience in functional/implementation aspects of Coupa, or other E-procurement technologies, particularly focusing on areas such as Spend Analysis, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procure, Invoicing, Expense, Pay, and eForms.
• Experience in formulating and implementing non-functional requirement including IT security
• Proficiency in defining data migration strategies for master and transactional data across upstream and downstream systems.
• Experience in working with large enterprises with complex IT solution landscape.

• Experience with a focus on supply chain and operations.
• Used to work in high pace projects with ability to deliver on time.
• Ability to work with many stakeholders such as Product Owners, Tech Leads, Vendors and Third-party suppliers.
• Problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to some travel to other locations within Europe.
• Fluent in both English and Swedish.
