Assignment Description:

Our client is looking for a project manager who can lead a strategic important development project. The project shall deliver a new credit solution with high focus on self-service and automation. The project is an important part of the strategic process and involves many stakeholders from different levels of the organization.

The project manager will work with many stakeholders on all levels with reference to the program manager. In line with standard practice in Norway, some travel will be required; the primary work location will be in Ballerup.

Looking for an experienced project manager with solid experience from complex development projects, with special focus on:

• The basic PM toolbox is in place
• Experienced in understanding and managing requirements in agile setup
• Experienced in architecture and and design processes in agile setup
• Strong in stakeholder management (internally and externally)
• Strong cross-organizational integrator
• Experience with bringing different opinions (internal as well as external to project) together in a practical solution

Important criterias:

• Certificering (IPMA or something similar)
• Banking Experience
