Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking an Engineer.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver major or complex development tasks in a cross-functional team environment.
• Balance and integrate design aspects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a tutor or mentor in the area of expertise.
• Drive improvements of relevant design tools, methods, and processes.
• Work with Continuous Integration and test object builds (bench, rigs, prototype car, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

• Proven technical skills and experience in the design of mechanical installation.
• Knowledge of materials included in the electrical distribution system and vehicle functions supported by specific harnesses.
• Experience with wire harness manufacturing processes and complexity.
• Proficiency in the following tools:
  • Catia V5 including Electrical workbench (3DPMI is meritorious)
  • Capital Harness Design
  • 2D tool
  • Teamcenter
• Fluent in English.

Additional Qualifications:

• Comprehension of Swedish (meritorious).
• Driving license B.
