Assignment Description

Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a Test Leader with a focus on hardware (HW) to enhance their test leadership team within the mechatronics HW follow-up team and test object analysis.

You will be part of the Integration, Verification, and Orchestration team, which falls under the Complete Software and Integration department. This team is responsible for coordinating and planning tests related to integration and release of the complete software and electronic systems across all platforms within the organization. Additionally, the team orchestrates all releases to customers, starting from integration through to deployment.

Main Responsibilities:

As a member of the HW team, your primary tasks will include:

• Leading and managing the daily follow-up of mechatronic hardware changes.
• Analyzing the impact of changes on CSIR test objects.
• Summarizing the hardware needs for CSIR as a whole.
• Collaborating closely with testers, test architects, and developers both within the CSIR team and the broader R&D department.
• Maintaining documentation and progress tracking in Excel, while also managing multiple baselines for mechatronics planning.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience in software (SW) development and/or software administration.
• Familiarity with software processes (beneficial but not required).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
