Assignment Description

On behalf of our client we are looking for a IT-Engineer.

Role Description:

• Back-end Development: Writing and optimizing code for the back-end systems that support Dashworks.
• Operational Troubleshooting and Monitoring: Identifying and resolving technical issues; Monitoring system performance / servers functionality.
• Support Architectural Decisions.
• Deployment of new use cases.
• Analyzing Issues.
• Using the front end to create and manage all aspects of projects – Self service portals, mail outs, capacity slots, etc.
• Maintenance of the back end databases and creation of new connections where necessary – where the SQL knowledge as well as powershell script knowledge is required.
• Liaising with Juriba on the update and maintenance of the server – both the QA and dev server.
• Liaising with projects for requirements.

Requirements:

• You should have a relevant degree (Bachelors or Masters)
• You should have good knowledge of Work Flow Management Tool(s) (Preferably Juriba Dashworks)
• You should have good knowledge of SQL
• You should have good knowledge of Powershell and Automation
• You should have experience with LCM
• You should have experience with monitoring systems and automations
• You should have a background in enterprise migrations projects
• You should have experience with ITIL

• Active Directory
• Entra ID
• Remedy/Helix
• Windows 11
• DBA

You will be working from our clients office in Stockholm 2-3 days per week.
