Detailed description of work task to be carried out
• Service design of the Nordic retail credit assessment and decision process.
• Aligning the process steps and user roles with a Nordic target operating model.
• Collaborating with SMEs, Pega Business Architects and other stakeholders.
• Detailing the design into workflow stages that can be built using Pega.
• Supporting the Pega Business Architects with translating the design into Pega build ite

Description of knowledge and experience
Experienced PEGA business analyst with PEGA LBA certificate

Location: Stockholm (3 days on site, 2 days remote)
