About the assignment: 

Our client is running a Transformation Program within the B2B (Leasing & Factoring) area. Within the program, several Initiatives have been organized with the responsibility to deliver the business products & processes. To support the delivery of the Initiatives, cross-functional workstreams have been established to take full responsibility and drive a streamlined delivery process & streamlined platform throughout the program to ensure sufficient business readiness.

This request relates to the role as Test Lead and Tester Main responsibilities:

• Review functional and technical documentation in order to identify requirements for the creation of test cases.

• Responsible for test preparations, test planning and managing test execution.
• Coordination with vendors, other workstreams and other 3rd parties.
• Responsible for using the structure setup in Jira.
• Create, modify, and execute manual test cases to business requirements for application functionality,
  document and report results.
• Knowledge of test data requirements, planning and conditioning test data for complex test scenarios
• Submit, track, and validate defects.
• Work with business testers as needed to support User Acceptance Testing
• Execute all level of testing (e.g., UAT, integration, regression) and analyze results.
• Help to identify regression and user acceptance test set.
• Help to identify end-to-end test coverage.
• Being a member of the workstream test.
• Reporting to Workstream Lead Test.

Qualifications:

• Senior Test Lead with at least five years’ experience as a Test Lead and Tester within Bank & Finance, B2B and Partner onboarding.

• Experience from working in Transformation Programs/Projects.
• Experience from test projects with test of migrated production data.
• Experience with Jira or equivalent bug tracking software.
• Very good communicator, i.e. with very good ability to express oneself in speech and writing.
• Experience from working with external vendors located in different locations.
• Experience from working in a multicultural environment and understanding the complexity of it
• Basic understanding of Factoring, Leasing and Asset Finance business.
• Strong drive.
