Assignment Description

We are looking for a Workstream Lead for Release & Go Live. In this role you will be creating the Go Live strategy and have it aligned with program stakeholders. You will be responsible for Release & Launch planning and managing execution, managing the release, service management and infrastructure team, Infrastructure & Environments within the program.

Role Description:

• Coordination with vendors, other workstreams and other 3rd parties.
• Responsible for the Release & Go Live process and scope.
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining the Go Live RunBook.
• Responsible for Hypercare planning incl. resource planning.
• Responsible for managing Go Live decisions.
• Resource management within the work stream.
• Responsible for Handover from the program to the line-organisation.
• Being a member of the program management team.
• Reporting to Program manager.

Qualifications:

• You are a Senior Project Manager with at least ten years’ experience of managing large and complex projects and programs.
• You have experience from working in Core Banking Transformation Programs/Projects.
• Experience from Release & Go Live planning of large and complex solutions.
• You have previous experience from Data migration projects.
• You are a great communicator, with great ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
• Experience from working with external vendors located in different locations.
• You have experience from working in a multicultural environment and understanding the complexity of it.
• You have basic understanding of Factoring, Leasing and Asset Finance business.
• You have a strong drive, excellent people skills and you are administrative and structured.
• You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
