Assignment Description

We are now looking for an Automotive HMI Language and Voice Validation Specialist. To improve the quality of UX language and speech in an existing product, a limited-scope validation is required.

Scope 1 – Existing products

• Ensure that the HMI language, including predefined voice command functionality, meets user expectations, focusing primarily on English, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Italian, German, and French, with potential expansion to additional languages.
• Testing should ideally occur within a vehicle environment, though rig setups may be used when applicable.
• Notifications should be reviewed using data sheets and verified in-vehicle whenever possible.
• Emphasize the Tone of Voice to maintain clarity and consistency across all user interactions.

Scope 2 – Coming products

• Conduct in-car reviews and evaluate notifications directly within the vehicle, prioritizing the Tone of Voice for user clarity.
• Validate the HMI language from a user-centered perspective, covering both direct voice commands (predefined) and visual language elements.
• The primary languages of focus include English, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Italian, German, and French; additional languages may be considered in later RFQ phases.
• Testing should primarily be executed in a vehicle environment, though rig setups may be used when relevant.
• Notification reviews should reference data sheets and, where feasible, be verified in the vehicle itself.

Required Qualifications:

• You are a native-speaking translator
• You have experience in Automotive & Infotainment embedded systems development
• You have relevant experience in the infotainment Test & Verification area
• You have a good understanding of competitors
• You have a driver’s license B

Required Attributes

You have a high level of expertise in automotive language and communication. You also possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
