Assignment Description

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who will be collaborating with a team of individuals with diverse backgrounds and competencies, you will drive the clients project portfolio within the division.

Your close collaboration with various business areas, operations, and technology teams, all within an agile framework, will be essential to your success. You will also need to be prestigeless to succeed in this role, as you will be working with a wide range of stakeholders across different functions.

Role Description:

• Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to ensuring smooth execution of projects.
• Manage a variety of tasks and projects, including: new fund launches, closures, mergers, redesigns, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain cross-functional processes throughout the value chain, working closely with product managers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless communication across teams and distribution channels.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in asset management, securities, and/or the savings sector will strengthen your application, particularly in the areas of funds and portfolio management.
• Experience with navigated projects from inception through analysis, planning, execution, and successful handover/closure.
• Experience working with a variety of projects, including IT and/or regulatory initiatives.
• You have strong leadership skills and you are able to guide teams and manage stakeholders effectively, fostering collaboration.
• You have strong analytical skills, and a problem-solving approach which allows you to dissect complex challenges and formulate effective solutions.
• You have experience with the agile methodology.
• You are self-driven, consistently taking ownership of project progress. Your track record showcases your independence in resolving issues, devising solutions, and judiciously escalating when needed.
• You contribute enthusiastically to a positive work environment, actively participating in the growth and development of the team.
• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, underlining your commitment to professional development.
