Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join the Product Delivery Excellence team in Gothenburg to support the transformation of product delivery processes. This role requires a minimum of three days onsite in Gothenburg.

In this position, you will lead and execute change initiatives, collaborating with internal teams across product, design, engineering, and customer relations to drive strategic product development. Responsibilities include managing delivery tasks and large-scale change projects, setting plans, forming teams, and aligning resources to achieve optimal outcomes.

Main responsibilities include coordinating change initiatives, tracking milestones, managing risks, and fostering effective relationships with senior stakeholders. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Extensive experience as a Senior IT Project Manager in complex, regulated, multinational environments.
• Success in driving digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated leadership across various levels within a global organization.
• Proven ability to manage and lead geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Master’s degree in a business or technical discipline.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong background in Change Management.

It is meritorious if you have experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with clinical studies. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow is also beneficial. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, such as SAFe and Scrum, along with ITIL, ideation, and experience design, is advantageous.
