Assignment Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the local execution of digitalization projects, such as MES implementation and other IT/OT-related initiatives. The role involves managing deployment, assessing fit/gap analyses, and driving change management within production and supporting functions to enhance adoption and utilization.The position requires on-site presence in Bulgaria, preferably in Sopot.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional motivation, resilience, and personal drive to support the organization’s journey toward digital transformation. Strong facilitation and communication skills are essential for success in this role. The responsibilities of this position include leading the implementation of IT systems within a factory environment while ensuring that the capabilities of these systems align with detailed business process requirements. This will involve working across teams to secure successful deployments. The Project Manager will collaborate with regional teams, product owners, IT suppliers, and other key internal stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires managing communication, skill development, and awareness initiatives to facilitate organizational change within the factory. Developing and executing competency-building plans will also be a priority, along with acting as a coach and subject matter expert for operators, leaders, and department managers within the factory.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in designing and delivering tailored competency development programs to enhance workforce skills.
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, including direct involvement in process optimization.
• Fluent in Bulgarian with basic to intermediate proficiency in English.
• Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change initiatives and fostering adoption.
• Solid technical expertise combined with hands-on experience in implementing IT and OT systems within manufacturing environments.
• A proactive approach to addressing organizational challenges arising from the integration of IT and digital solutions.
