Our client is looking for a long term resource with a likely chance to be prolonged.

You will be a part of the B2B CRM and Landlord which is a team responsible for delivering Continuous Improvements, support and incident handling for the Salesforce and Landlord users. The customer’s main Stakeholders are Sales, Service and Marketing which you will have a close collaboration with. The role will require you to work independent with the whole process from detailing requirements to development, testing and deployment.

The team has a full stack scope from web to backend, are DevOps modelled and are responsible for the full development chain as well as deploying the code in production and maintain it. It is a team that value and encourage collaboration and the ability to think outside the box while delivering high quality solutions in line with their guidelines.

To succeed you should have a few years of development experience, an interest in learning new things and a humble and pragmatic mindset. You are willing to support junior colleagues as well as learn from more senior ones and at the same time contribute with own ideas, thoughts and experiences.You should also have experience from working with new development as well as being able to adapt code to existing structure.

Areas of responsibility:

• Perform development for Landlord (java) and Salesforce in a scrum inspired set up, prioritized by a Product Owner
• Be a sounding board for junior developers
• Meet with stakeholders to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
• Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce platform
• Follow WoW for updating incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
• Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts
• Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “howto” assistance

• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills including Stakeholder Management
• Direct experience working in a maintenance/agile team
• Proficient in English, oral and written

It is a big plus if you have experience in:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
• Hands on experience working on Salesforce platform and in Salesforce projects
• Software engineering skills with Lightning Platform (LWC, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as objectoriented design patterns and development Frontend experience appreciated
