Assignment Description

We are currently seeking four skilled Android Application Engineers. This role requires a hybrid work environment, allowing up to one day of remote work per week.

As an Android Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in the success of various projects. Your responsibilities will include managing the development lifecycle, ensuring that projects meet high standards of quality and are delivered on time.

You will also collaborate closely with clients, fostering clear and effective communication to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Leveraging your expertise in Android development, you will design and implement robust systems using Java, Kotlin, and SQL/databases. Creative problem-solving will be encouraged, enabling innovative approaches to challenges.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both English and Swedish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing Android applications
• Proven experience working with Java and Kotlin programming languages
• Practical knowledge of database management, including SQL
• Hands-on experience operating in Linux-based environments
• Skill in utilizing communication protocols such as HTTP, WebSockets, REST, or GRPC
• Familiarity with CAN protocols and their application in systems
• Background in designing and implementing HMI and graphical subsystems
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest industry advancements and sharing insights with others
