Assignment description

We are looking for a Business Change Team Lead to join the clients team and lead the specialized program-based experts within change management, communication and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will lead the Business change team together with the clients implementation partner, ensuring that the client has great tools and methods to be able to deliver change, communication and learning within the program.
• As Business Change Team Lead you will ensure that the client is focusing on the right things.
• You will partner with the program manager within business change aspects, including in stakeholder management.
• Leadership support and advocacy.
• You will follow-up on effectiveness and initiate appropriate measures as required to achieve the required results.
• You will be active as change manager supporting workstreams within the program.

Qualifications:

• You should have a bachelor or Master degree in applicable area.
• You have skills within change management and communication.
• You are able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• You have proven experience as a leader in managing change in a large complex transformation program.
• You have experience in developing and adopting fit-for-purpose methods and approaches.
• You have strong project management abilities, including the ability to: prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
• You have experience with system implementation
• You have experience in process industry
• You have experience with SAP implementation.

You will mainly work from the clients office in Stockholm, this role will require you to travel upon occasion.
