Assignment Description

We are seeking a Customer and Process Quality Engineer. As a Process Quality Engineer, you will monitor Scrap and FTP KPIs and ensure timely action. Internal quality issues will be resolved promptly through collaboration with plant teams. CAPA will be implemented to address quality concerns, focusing on continuous improvement through data analysis. You will update PFMEA with Manufacturing team support and lead MSA and Capability studies when processes are changed. Additionally, you will manage complex quality improvement projects.

You will integrate customer-specific requirements into the Business Management System and ensure compliance with demands for effective quality control. Supporting customer audits, addressing findings, and serving as the point of contact are key responsibilities. As a leader in customer claims resolution, you will monitor Customer Incident, Customer PPM, 8D Answering Time, and Warranty KPIs, ensuring follow-up actions. You will prepare data for technical negotiations, provide quality inputs for new development projects, administer PPAP processes, support Change Management, and ensure timely updates to customer portals.

When involved in projects, you will ensure quality processes align with the Global Gate Plan, Local Project Checklists, and established procedures. You will define reliability and quality goals, develop Control Plans (Prototype, Pre-Launch, Production), and specify gage and test equipment requirements. MSA Plans and Process Capability Studies will be executed, and results reported. You will lead the PPAP process with customers, address pre-launch claims, follow up on internal rejects, and develop a product audit program. Early production containment measures will be implemented, and customer-specific requirements will be met.

Required Qualifications:

  • A valid Turkish work permit is required.
  • A degree in Engineering with at least two years of experience as a Plant Quality Engineer or Customer Quality Engineer.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and solid analytical skills.
  • Practical expertise in statistical analysis and familiarity with technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in numerical reasoning and data analysis methods.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Turkish (minimum B2 level).

It is meritorious if you have additional certifications in Quality Assurance or are proficient in using statistical tools such as Minitab. These qualifications are not mandatory but demonstrate advanced competence and are advantageous for excelling in this role.
