Assignment Description

We are seeking a Junior Fleet Support to assist in managing fleet sales. The role involves aligning head office activities with fleet sales objectives and supporting regional teams in developing and executing local strategies. Key areas include process design, system implementation, and continuous improvement of global fleet operations.

Your responsibilities will include optimizing sales processes and supporting the brand’s leadership in the fleet market. This involves addressing operational needs with regional teams, improving systems, managing agreements through DocuSign, conducting audits, and assisting with accruals and bonus payouts. You will also act as the main contact for fleet operations, ensuring timely updates to marketing materials, coordinating events, managing logistics, and briefing the marketing team for newsletters and promotional content. Additionally, you will oversee the creation and distribution of internal and external communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in IT tools, particularly within the Office 365 suite.
  • Exceptional precision and focus on detail, especially when working with numbers and verifying accuracy
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and event management is considered advantageous.
