Assignment Description
We are looking for a section assistant.
Role Description:
- Handle administrative tasks
- Support engineers and the management team
- Ordering equipment
- Developing administrative routines and updating information.
Qualifications:
- You should have wide experience in MS Office and Office 365.
- You should have previous experience with administrative tasks.
- You should have experience in computer usage, for example handling different internal systems like systems/tools.
- You should be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and written.
You will be working from the clients office in Södertälje 2-3 days per week.
