We are looking for a section assistant.

Role Description:

  • Handle administrative tasks
  • Support engineers and the management team
  • Ordering equipment
  • Developing administrative routines and updating information.

Qualifications:

  • You should have wide experience in MS Office and Office 365.
  • You should have previous experience with administrative tasks.
  • You should have experience in computer usage, for example handling different internal systems like systems/tools.
  • You should be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and written.

You will be working from the clients office in Södertälje 2-3 days per week.
