Assignment description

We are searching for a SAP Business Analyst/Solution Architect to join our client’s IT department.

In this role you will be a key person analyzing business problems and design technical solutions. In the BA role you will document the functional and sometimes the technical design of the system in cooperation with the architect.

Further, you will also be responsible for driving activities and potentially also projects. You will collaborate with our delivery teams and business stakeholders to develop requirements and solution proposals.

Key responsibilities are to:

• Provide technical support for existing and new SAP functionality, modules and integrations
• Act as link between business and IT for SAP projects/questions/issues/demands
• Gather and analyze business needs and requirements related to SAP
• Prepare and design IT solutions to meet business needs and requirements
• Create and maintain needed documentation according to GIS guidelines
• Support in mapping as-is and to-be processes and ways of working
• Drive and secure change management and training
• Report project status in meetings and to stakeholders

To be successful in this role you should most likely have the following capabilities and experiences:

• A degree in computer science, systems science or equivalent education or experience.
• +5 years relevant experience from SAP preferably within the areas Supply chain and Manufacturing
• Understand the OTC, Logistics and Finance E2E processes in SAP
• You should be driven, self-going and structured
• Fluent in English as it is their working language
• You should have good communication and networking skills
