Out client is seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to join their team and lead the specialized program-based experts within test management, communication and learning. As a SAP Test Manager you will drive all aspects, from strategy, to planning and execution of the UAT (User Acceptance Test) within the Finance and Source To Pay areas. You will collaborate closely with these two business workstreams and report to the central Test Manager.

Key responsibilities of this role:

·       Lead the user acceptance test within processes Finance to Cash or Source To Pay

·       With the team ensure that they have reviewed the test cases written by the SAP implementation partner

·       Ensure that the client follow the SAP implementation partner defect process

·       Leadership support and advocacy. Work closely with the central test manager and the other test managers to ensure they are champions of the quality

·       Be active as test manager supporting workstreams within the program

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·       Educational Background:

o   Test management and communication skills

o   Bachelor or Master degree in applicable area is preferred

·       Professional Experience:

o   Proven experience as a leader in managing test in a large complex transformation program

o   Experience in developing and adopting fit-for-purpose methods and approaches

o   Strong test management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines

o   System implementation experience is required, experience in process industry as well as SAP implementation is required

o   Experience in Finance or Source To Pay SAP implementations is a preferred

o   Experience in Solution Manager/Focus Build tool is required

o   Fluency in English and Swedish in both verbal and written.
