Assignment Description

We are seeking a Data Engineer AWS to join a Digital organization undergoing an exciting transformation to enhance mindsets, workflows, and solutions. The vision is to deliver user-friendly digital capabilities by unlocking the full potential of teams and partners.

As part of the Data & Analytics team, you will play a key role in delivering successful data products. You will develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines on an AWS-based platform, supporting areas such as Finance, Compliance, and Risk. Collaborating with Tech Leads, Data Analysts, Engineers, BI developers, and Product Owners, you will contribute to agile development processes and ensure efficient, scalable solutions.

You are highly motivated, self-driven, collaborative, result-oriented, and structured, with excellent communication skills. Your responsibilities include transforming designs into maintainable, reusable code, automating processes from CI/CD pipelines to testing and data quality, and supporting stakeholders. You will also participate in solution design and share team accountability for ensuring that solutions are robust, tested, deployed, and efficiently managed in line with DevOps principles.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to conceptualize and manage complex technical challenges.
• Strong understanding of data in a business context.
• Proficiency in data technologies within AWS, such as S3, Python, IAM, AWS Glue, AWS Athena, Spark, Redshift, and Airflow.
• Experience working with data engineering and Redshift Datawarehouse development.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.

It is meriting if you have experience in data modeling, especially for Data Warehouses. Experience with data platform technologies such as Oracle RDBMS and Informatica is an advantage. Knowledge and experience with agile frameworks, preferably SAFe, is a plus.
