Assignment Description

We are seeking a Software Developer/App Developer. The role involves creating user-friendly solutions to support self-service capabilities. You will participate in discussions related to architecture, technology, and frameworks while contributing to the project team responsible for delivering new products to customers. Additionally, you will take responsibility for continuously improving systems and driving innovative solutions. The role is based in Oslo, with a preference for working on-site three to four days per week.

As a person, you should be forward-thinking, customer-oriented, and capable of understanding how the solutions you develop directly impact customers’ key needs and priorities.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education combined with at least five years of experience in app development, including proven expertise as an Android developer involved in all stages of the development process.
• Extensive experience developing native apps with Kotlin/Compose, along with familiarity with the complete lifecycle from development to publication.
• Proficiency in using Git/GitHub and handling app distribution effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to write and speak fluently in both Norwegian and English.

It is meritorious if you have familiarity with the iOS platform or experience working with Firebase. An interest in new technologies and app trends, along with the ability to suggest improvements that benefit both the organization and its customers, is also highly valued.
