Assignment Description

Required Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and resolve challenges effectively.
• Experience in procurement or sourcing with a proactive approach to solving challenges and identifying opportunities.
• Adept at collaborating with diverse stakeholders, understanding their needs, and guiding procurement decisions.
• Experience working in a global environment with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

It is meritorious if you have experience with procurement systems such as SRM, Fieldglass, or Workday, as well as knowledge of Swedish or other European languages. Understanding efficient processes, supplier management, and contract negotiations can be beneficial. Awareness of market trends and data-driven decision-making will also support success in this role.
