Assignment Description
We are seeking an engineer specializing in Thermal Controls Development and Calibration. This role focuses on testing, calibrating, and verifying thermal control functionalities in vehicles, utilizing widely recognized industry tools. The position also entails designing model-based software for thermal control systems using Simulink, alongside contributing to collaborative, cross-functional system development efforts. Deliverables include creating Simulink models and performing validation and verification tasks to confirm the performance and dependability of the thermal control systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Skilled in conducting tests with commonly used tools in the industry, such as Vector CANalyzer.
- Experience with calibration processes using INCA.
- A valid Category B driver’s license is essential, as the role involves performing tests in a vehicle environment.
It is meritorious if you have strong skills in function development using Simulink, particularly for thermal or climate systems. Experience with diagnostics in a development environment, especially focusing on diagnostic modeling rather than tool usage, is highly valued. Proficiency in data analysis with Python is an advantage, and a solid understanding of system and software development lifecycles is important.
