Assignment description

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to work close to a business with a global solution, with users all over the world.

As a solutions architect you will be responsible for evaluating the current system architecture and proposing solutions for enhancement. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a key part in implementation projects, change requests, and any modifications that affect the solution. Your expertise and guidance will be critical to achieve successful outcomes and maintain the integrity of the global template.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the the Logility environment is kept up to date with patches and fixes, covering both the operating system and the application. Monitoring platform performance and actively driving improvements to ensure maximum uptime will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

Assignments:

• Solution design, review and approve design on proposed solutions
• Troubleshoot software issues and interact with relevant internal and external resources, to determine a viable path of action and resolution
• Monitor incident & request queue
• User administration
• Support meeting with supplies
• Solution upgrades on regular intervals, to minimize technical debts

Qualifications:

• You have experience regarding things connected to supply chain, with a techy twist that covers systems, apps – and the whole IT scene.
• You can link the business side with the IT crowd.
• You are an experienced Solution Architect (with a strong competence in databases), who has been working in integrated environments.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.

It is meritorious if you also have competence in ERP, and an extra plus for analytics skills!
