Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Full-stack Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails. The role involves developing AI- and data-driven solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual work. This assignment is open for onsite, hybrid, and 100% remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining full-stack solutions, optimizing APIs, and creating user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate with product development, design, and data analysis teams while implementing best practices for code quality, testing, and integration.

We are looking for a proactive developer with a strong product focus and the ability to identify areas for improvement. You communicate technical concepts clearly and work well in a team.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in full-stack development, with a strong background in Ruby on Rails and at least five years of industry experience.
• Skilled in designing and implementing APIs using REST or GraphQL, as well as working with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience in developing scalable and efficient solutions in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git and experience in CI/CD pipeline development.
• Hands-on experience with test-driven development or automated testing frameworks for both back-end and front-end, such as RSpec, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with React, Vue, or TypeScript is an advantage.
