Assignment Description

We are looking for a senior Digital ASIC Designer to contribute to the development of advanced radio technology. This role involves designing and verifying ASICs as well as developing FPGA platforms for demonstration and validation purposes. You will also stay up to date with emerging trends in digital ASIC design, collaborating with industry partners, academic institutions, and customers.

The ideal candidate possesses strong social and networking skills to facilitate teamwork within project groups while also being capable of working independently.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with ASIC, SoC, or FPGA design, including verification and simulation at the chip or subsystem level.
• A mindset for mentorship, with a willingness to guide and support less experienced engineers.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant technical field such as electrical engineering, embedded systems, wireless technologies, computer science, or signal processing.
• A minimum of four years of industry experience, having contributed to multiple projects from initial design to final implementation.
• Familiarity with wireless technology, radio transceivers, and system-level radio components.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ASIC development workflows and associated design tools.

Additional experience in real-world ASIC/FPGA design projects for commercial applications will be a significant advantage. Furthermore, expertise in implementing advanced algorithmic solutions, including AI and machine learning techniques within ASIC/FPGA architectures, is highly valued.
