Assignment Description

We are looking for a Operational Specialist/Support.

In this role, you will support the migration and system setup of the new self-managed environment. The majority of the work will be administrative, including creating tariffs, adding prices, and managing charge points and CPOs. You will be responsible for answering questions related to system setup, invoices, and network status. Additionally, you will assist with third-line support cases from customers.

You will work to ensure high-quality service by conducting small sample tests, for example, of the charging network, price implementation, and network classification, and assist with providing and analyzing data for accounting and utilization purposes.

Qualifications:

• You have a MSc suitable for the job.
• You are fluent in English
• It’s meritorious if you’ve been working with e-mobility and/or HDV.
