Assignment description

We are looking for Transformation Manager in Procurement.

In this role you you will drive process improvements and digital transformation within the Contract-to-Pay workflow, optimizing procurement operations for production. You will lead and support business development and digitalization initiatives in procurement and contribute to the procurement roadmap and ensure alignment across teams. You will also manage and improve master data governance.

Qualifications:

• You have proficiency in ERP systems; CMMS experience is needed.
• You have experience in industrial manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• You have strong knowledge of Contract-to-Pay processes, including ERP and sourcing tools.
• You have expertise in business development, process optimization, and project management.
• You have a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
