Assignment Description
We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Consultant to manage sourcing activities creatively and effectively. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and provide solutions aligned with business goals. Your key responsibilities include managing sourcing, providing strategic solutions, and fostering supplier partnerships. Your ability to balance operational and strategic priorities will be crucial, along with identifying improvements and challenging current practices to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement tools.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and resolve challenges effectively.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in indirect procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing.
It is meritorious if you have experience with procurement systems such as SRM, Fieldglass, or Workday, as well as knowledge of Swedish or other European languages. Understanding efficient processes, supplier management, and contract negotiations can be beneficial. Awareness of market trends and data-driven decision-making will also support success in this role.
