Assignment Description

We are looking for Senior Java Developer to join our client’s product team.

The team is responsible for maintaining, enriching and facilitating the article and assortment information for Online channels (Web and App). You will strengthen Backend and develop capabilities to ensure delivery and operation of both new solutions and existing functionality. The hybrid team consists of Product Owner, Tech Lead and 4 developers and we work in line with Agile values and mindset.

Qualifications:

• You have >5 years’ experience working as a Java backend developer
• You have knowledge working with Java, Spring and micro service architecture
• You have experience working with agile methods
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are fluent in English
• Technical skills:
  – Extensive experience building Spring boot microservices and REST based API services
  – Proficient in Java 17 and above
  – Good Understanding of Micro service and event-based architecture
  – Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes
  – Knowledge of Event streaming platforms like Kafka
  – Understanding of Databases (SQL/MongoDB)
  – Experience working with Cloud Technologies(Azure preferred)
  – Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Gradle
• You are acting as a role model and lead by example when it comes to both tech, speed and mindset in accordance with values, principles and WoW
• You take full ownership of your own work, but also contribute to supporting your colleagues in the team as well as improving team WoW

It’ is meritorious if you have:

• Prior experience working with Frontend development
• Infrastructure experience, Terraform, IAC
• Swedish skills
