Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Production Manager with a structured and proactive approach, who thrives in dynamic environments, collaborates effectively with diverse teams, and enjoys being creative, to join a marketing team. The ideal candidate is confident in decision-making and has strong communication skills to engage stakeholders. On-site presence is required two to three days per week.

This role involves overseeing production across various formats, managing assets for campaigns, product launches, and brand communications. It requires close collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and production partners to ensure efficiency and quality. Key responsibilities include leading the production process, managing budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensuring top-tier execution with external partners. The role also involves aligning production strategies with business goals, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing workflows for efficiency and sustainability.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in SAP or similar production management tools.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to oversee and execute complex, multi-channel productions efficiently.
• Deep knowledge of modern production techniques, evolving technologies, and sustainable practices.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, negotiation, and project coordination.
• Established network of reliable production partners across Europe.
• At least seven years of experience in production management, preferably within an agency or in-house brand environment.

Experience in managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets with precision is beneficial, along with strong negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and align stakeholders for smooth production processes. Additionally, a business mindset helps optimize budgets while upholding high creative standards.
