Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Senior Data Engineer to take ownership of designing, developing, and refining a scalable data platform that facilitates enterprise-wide analytics and informed decision-making. This role involves constructing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines, integrating diverse data sources, and maintaining rigorous standards for data quality, governance, and security. Additionally, efforts will be directed toward enhancing performance efficiency and cost-effectiveness while collaborating closely with various teams. The position requires on-site presence at least four, preferably five, days per week.

Required Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of lakehouse architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience working with large-scale data platforms in a corporate environment.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Azure, along with expertise in Databricks and ETL/ELT tools such as Airflow, dbt, or Data Factory.

Individuals with a background in mentorship, leadership, or close collaboration within data engineering teams will be highly regarded. The ability to work effectively alongside analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive data initiatives forward is considered a strong asset.
