Assignment Description

We are looking for a consultant to organize, refine, and manage ISMS documentation using Confluence and Jira. This role involves structuring and improving existing Information Security (InfoSec) materials in preparation for a new ISMS implementation. The documentation, sourced from platforms such as Confluence, Jira, and MS SharePoint, is currently fragmented and in various stages of completion. To streamline this, a well-structured approach is required to establish a clear and cohesive information management system.

You will work closely with stakeholders, authors, and subject matter experts, ensuring continuous updates on progress while gathering feedback to enhance the documentation process.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven ability to develop and manage an effective information framework
• Strong skills in structuring and organizing documentation
• Extensive hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira

Experience or knowledge of ISMS tool implementations is considered an advantage. The expected deliverable is a thoroughly structured and reviewed information package that will serve as a solid foundation for the new ISMS implementation.
